Reducing conflict, bullying and exclusion relies heavily on instilling human rights advocacy, conflict resolution and non-discrimination ethics. This has led Dawaer to choose 50 social workers – 30 at the MUBs University and “Teach for Lebanon” and 20 at the Ministry of Social Affairs and create the “Play it Fair” project.
These social workers were trained to use interactive activities, games and theater to ensure that these positive goals are met, and are now capable to utilize these skills and methods to teach and work with vulnerable children and youth directly.
